Hey there, I’m Wanda. I’m a breathwork facilitator and nervous system educator, but really, I’m just someone who spent years holding her breath and pretending everything was fine. Spoiler: it wasn’t.
Now I help people breathe on purpose, feel better in their bodies, and finally stop living like their to-do list is running their nervous system.

My Story
For years, I lived in my head. Anxiety, perfectionism, and overthinking ran the show. I held my breath without noticing, carried stress in my shoulders, and stayed busy so I wouldn’t have to feel much of anything. I wasn’t thriving—I was just managing.
Breathwork didn’t come to me in some peaceful mountaintop retreat. It found me in the middle of burnout, heartbreak, and the messy reality of trying to do it all as a single mom and public servant. I looked strong on the outside, but inside, I was tired and disconnected from my body.
Breathwork helped me find my way back. It showed me how to feel again, how to rest, and how to actually enjoy being in my own skin.
