Service Description

Breathe in good vibes, breathe out stress—together. This is your invitation to share a calm, connective in-person group breathwork session with up to five people, each on their own mat, each on their own journey. You’ll book your spot, show up as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more centered, and part of something bigger. What to Expect: We’ll send you simple prep tips so you’re comfy and ready to relax. You’ll join up to four others for intentional breathing patterns, grounding music, and a collective wave of calm. You’ll have your own space, your own rhythm, and the option to share insights at the end. Session Duration: Approximately 90 minutes What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, water, and an eye mask (all mats, blankets, and pillows provided). Location: Held in a private, residential-style breathwork studio—a cozy, welcoming space designed to help you relax deeply. Free, convenient parking. The exact address is shared after booking.

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to creating a relaxed, intentional space for every session, which means we prepare for you well in advance. • Booking Window: You can reserve your session up to 90 days in advance. For online and group sessions, same-day bookings are welcome up to 3 hours before start time. • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time. • No-Show Policy: If you miss your session without notice, the full session fee will apply. These policies help ensure that every client receives the time, space, and attention they deserve. Thank you for your understanding.
