Service Description
Stressful exams? Social pressure? Big transitions? This in-person session offers a safe space for teens and young adults to learn how to manage stress, build self-awareness, and regulate emotions. They’ll leave with practical breathing tools they can use anytime—from before a test to calming down after a tough day. What to Expect: We’ll check in with the participant (and guardian if needed) to understand their goals. Sessions use age-appropriate breathing, visualization, and grounding exercises that feel empowering and safe. Each participant will receive simple at-home practices to keep their calm skills sharp. Session Duration: Approximately 90 minutes What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, water, and an eye mask (all mats, blankets, and pillows provided). Location: Held in a private, residential-style breathwork studio—a cozy, welcoming space designed to help you relax deeply. Free, convenient parking. The exact address is shared after booking.

Cancellation Policy
We are committed to creating a relaxed, intentional space for every session, which means we prepare for you well in advance. • Booking Window: You can reserve your session up to 90 days in advance. For online and group sessions, same-day bookings are welcome up to 3 hours before start time. • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time. • No-Show Policy: If you miss your session without notice, the full session fee will apply.
